Roast Pork Stew
Leftovers from the 4-hour Milk Roasted Pork and sweet potatoes I did earlier in the week, in 3 cups of beef broth, with chiffonaded Italian flat-leaf parsley and a handful of thyme, over a base of well-sweated onions, carrots and celery.
