Butbutbut, they didn’t change the car icons in the signs to Minis.
I love those sign here in Montreal that feature very recognisable cars like Renault R5s for example. Also the no dog signs that often communicate “no boxers” or “no labradors”.
Huh? I have no idea what that link is about.
Have you never seen the movie, Ed? In the original, the plan is to paralyze traffic in Turin by reprogramming the traffic light computer (hence the traffic light), they then take Austin Minis through the sewer / aqueducts as they are small (hence the cars in the circle — like a cross section of a tunnel) and then the ending is literally a cliffhanger - the bus with the stolen gold bullion hanging off the edge of a precipice. (hence the steep edges sign).
the site summarizes movies in 3-panel cartoons.
and that’s the truth!
